How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open Unfold, go to Settings → Account, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that you used when you originally subscribed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Unfold, and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple's full instructions are at support.apple.com/HT202039.

My reading progress isn't syncing.

Make sure you are signed in on every device with the same Unfold account. If progress still doesn't appear, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, email us with the date the sync stopped and we will look into your account directly.

The Scribe gave me an answer that seems off.

The Scribe is a study companion, not a substitute for Scripture or a pastor. Always weigh its answers against the text and trusted teachers. If you see a response that is clearly inaccurate, you can report it from inside the conversation — the report goes straight to our team.

Can I export my journal?

Yes. In Settings → Journal, tap Export to download your entries as a single text file you can save anywhere.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings → Account, tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your reading progress, journal entries, and Scribe history. You can also email privacy@unfoldbible.app and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
